Project Manager (Full Time or Part Time) Full-time

EyeSeeTea, a Spanish startup in the NGO and science research domain, is looking for a Project Manager with proven experience managing teams and with fundraising. Being a techie is not mandatory but would help understanding your team-mates. Independence is a must.

What do we want?

Basic requirements:

• Experience managing developer teams, structuring projects and scheduling tasks
• Agile project methodologies
• Available for representing the company in international conferences
• Good organization and planning skills
• Experience dealing with clients
• Fund-raising skills (writing proposals, detecting good grant/calls opportunities…)
• Experience with Github * Good English & Spanish.

• Experience with DHIS2
• High independence, autonomy & experience on teleworking.
• Experience with H2020 projects
• Programming skills
• Fluent French

Nice to have

• NGO on-the-field experience in developing countries
• UI/UX

Indefinite employment contract with a 6 months trial.

Salary Range: 33k-79k euros

What will the selection process be like?

We don’t believe in interminable selection processes. Send us your resume and if you have, a portfolio or the link to your github. We will review your CV and If we seem a good fit, we will send you a technical test in the date you choose and you will have 24 hours to work on it when you want to. Then we will arrange another interview to discuss your test. That’s it. No more interviews or tests.
