Your Mission:
By joining our team, working on more than 500 servers and serving 200 clients, you will:
- Ensure uptime, scalability & performance of the XWiki platform
- Constantly improve and automate our platform
- Monitor the behaviour of XWiki in different environments and backups
- Work closely both with our internal team and with our external clients:
- Make sure the team has the right tools and set-ups to do their job properly
- Help all the XWiki teams in their infrastructure and application issues
- Get involved in client installations and upgrades
- Write and maintain existing documentation regarding common infrastructure tasks
- Participate to security projects in order to make sure XWiki’s users data is safe and secure
Expected Skills:
- Excellent Linux knowledge, in particular the Debian distribution
- Excellent knowledge of automation tools including Puppet, Ansible and scripting languages (Bash, Python, or equivalent)
- High Security interest and good Knowledge of VPN, Encryption, Security Monitoring
- Experience with :
- designing Infrastructure and Cloud System
- cloud computing and virtualization systems (VMWare, container technologies are a plus)
- DNS, Apache, Tomcat and Java administration
- IPv4/IPv6 networking
- MariaDB/MySQL administration, including optimization and data replication setups
- As a plus, experience with:
- Infrastructure as Code
- Redundant and distributed storage
- Application development and release management
