Community Manager Full-time

Baserow is a remote-only startup building an open source Airtable alternative and no-code toolchain. That means our software allows everyone to create applications without writing code, from hobbyist to enterprise. We’re a team of five full stack developers and a head of templates, we all work remotely, usually from home and we meet in person twice a year.
Job description

We’re looking to hire our first community manager to help take Baserow to the next level. You will be part of the initial team, work directly with the founder and you will have a leading role in growing the community around Baserow. You will be creating tutorials, templates, videos, user documentation and frequently asked questions.

In this position you will

• Build and grow the community around Baserow
• Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts
• Create content to educate like tutorials, blogs, templates, user documentation and frequently asked questions
• Organize and participate in events to build community and boost awareness
• Respond to comments and customer queries
• Build relationships with (potential) customers, professionals and journalists

Requirements

• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Proven work experience as a community manager
• Experience with no-code tools like Baserow, Airtable, Notion, Bubble, Zapier, etc
• Experience with growing a community
• You live in Europe or in the United Kingdom, in the UTC time zone (London, Lisbon, Dakar) ± 2 hours
• Fluent or native in English
